CSR Charter

All Belgian chambers of commerce have clearly endorsed corporate social responsibility (CSR). They wish to be an actor for the government that propagates the importance of CSR and sustainable enterprise, and makes companies aware. They wish to be a facilitator for companies helping them do business sustainably in a strategic manner, by putting them into contact with other businesses and by actively guiding them. Lastly, they also wish to anchor CSR in their own operations. Not to provide an example, but because that is simply the only option.

Chambers of Commerce attach importance to corporate social responsibility (CSR) as a fundamental contribution to a balanced development of prosperity and well-being.

To this end, Chambers of Commerce engage in including CSR in their operations:
