Who we are
Pakistan – Belgium Business Forum (PBBF) was formed in April, 1997 with 14 founder members under the patronage of Royal Belgian Embassy in Pakistan. The Ambassador of Belgium is the Patron in Chief of this Forum. objectives are to encourage and promote business ties, mutual understanding and friendly relations between the business communities of the three countries whilst our membership encompasses a diverse range of business activities such as shipping and freight forwarding, textiles, oil and gas, manufacturing of building materials, cement, glass, etc. with varying degrees of collaboration with Belgium. PBBF enjoyed a tremendous reputation among other fora as well as business and official circles.
At the EOGM held on 5th September, 2015 PBBF members approved converting Pakistan Belgium Business Forum (PBBF) to Pakistan Belgium Luxembourg Business Forum (PBLBF) i.e. from bilateral to trilateral business forum. After a long and arduous process our legal advisor managed to obtain SECP incorporation as a Section 42 company under Companies Act, 2017.
Therefore, PBBF has ceased its operations and a new entity namely Pakistan Belgium Luxembourg Business Forum has started operations. PBLBF is accredited by Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Belgium and Luxembourg and has a MOU with Brussels Enterprises Commerce and Industry to encourage trade and business activities.
Pakistan Belgium Luxembourg Business Forum operates under the patronage of the Ambassador of Belgium in Pakistan.

- Dinner reception in honor of H.E.Mr.Charles Delogne, Belgian Ambassador to Pakistan held on 2nd November, 2022
- Publication of special issue of the Ambassador Magazine on the occasion of Belgian King’s Day in November, 2023
- Sixth Annual General meeting of PBLBF & lunch in honor of H.E.Mr.Charles Delogne, Belgian Ambassador to Pakistan held on 9th December, 2023
- Photo exhibition by Ms.Wendy Marijnissen & Ms.Malika Abbas at V.M. Art gallery from 15th to 30th December, 2023
- Conferment of the prestigious Commander of the Order of the Crown by His Excellency Charles Delogne, Belgian Ambassador to Pakistan upon Mr. Mohammed Rajpar, Managing Director of General Shipping Agencies (Pvt) Ltd, and Chief Executive of Pakistan Belgium Luxembourg Business Forum on 17th May, 2024.
