In these strange times, we have followed the example of our Chambers of Commerce, both in Belgium and abroad. Since the beginning of the crisis, they have been offering their members more and more creative and efficient webinars, networking events and training or Q&A sessions. And this year, our annual BLCCA meeting will take place online.
The ingredients remain mostly the same as in our physical meetings: presentations of good practices, exchange of ideas, workshops in small groups, meetings with new colleagues, and above all, learning a lot from each other.
A survey carried out earlier this year shows that companies want their Chamber to help them through this crisis. Providing the right information, facilitating new contacts, building a community… Relationship with members, the theme of this day, is more crucial than ever! Together with Marc Mestdagh, CEO of 2Mpact and expert in member associations and community building, we look at future trends.
Speaking to colleagues from other bilateral chambers as well as the Belgian and Luxembourg chambers is always one of the Academy’s great highlights. This year, we will again ensure that these meetings can take place via an online speed dating session. At high speed, you will have the opportunity to get to know new colleagues and deepen your contacts with well-known colleagues.
