What defines him?
Frank likes to describe himself as a “translator”: someone who can turn technical or political files into stories that resonate with entrepreneurs and policymakers alike. He did so in the chemical sector, and now intends to continue this role at Voka. His priorities are listening to entrepreneurs, building bridges between the local and the international levels, and setting long-term markers.
His vision?

Frank firmly believes that enterprises are the engine of our prosperity, but that they are now facing major transitions: energy, geopolitics, digitalization, and talent. In this context, he wants to position Voka as the inspiring voice of entrepreneurial Flanders. An organization that not only defends interests but also launches forward-looking initiatives, such as the Talentcenters, which help young people discover their strengths.
With 2035 as a clear milestone on the horizon, Frank looks ambitiously ahead:
“We need to bring entrepreneurship into people’s homes and inspire young people for the future.”
